Start by applying the retinol body lotion only once or twice per week to allow your skin time to adjust to the new ingredient. Slowly increase the frequency that you use this body lotion, working up to a daily application. Use only at night. For daytime, follow with broad spectrum sunscreen rated SPF 30 or greater. Apply this retinol body lotion to localized areas, such as the chest, arms, legs. Do not use on face or near eyes.
