Our product labels will indicate "Gluten free" if it is 100% gluten free.

We recommend that products be used within 24 months after opening or as otherwise indicated on their packaging. It's best to store products out of extreme temperatures and direct sunlight, if possible.

Dionis does not test its products on animals nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf. We are Leaping Bunny certified as well as recognized by Ulta as part of their Conscious Beauty program for being a cruelty-free brand.

All of our products are formulated with grade A whole goat milk, containing no added supplements. Please carefully review the ingredient list on each product prior to use. We only list "100% natural" on the label when all of the product's ingredients are natural.

Our fragrances are composed of proprietary blends of essential oils and extracts. We only list "100% natural" on the label when all of the product's ingredients are natural.

Dionis lip balm flavors are considered GRAS, an acronym for the phrase "Generally Recognized As Safe" which means you can put them on your lips.

Some of our products do contain alcohol. Alcohols serve a variety of functions within our formulas, including as a stabilizer, surfactant, preservative and/or opacifier (a substance which makes the formula opaque).

At Dionis, we specialize in creating custom fragrances our customers love. If you're unsure which fragrance fits you best, use our "Find your fragrance" for guidance located at the top menu of our website.

Order Inquiries

Dionis can only accept orders online. Shopping on our site is safe and secure. We use SSL encryption to keep your information safe, and we never distribute your personal information to third-party vendors.

Orders ship within 24-48 hours from time of receipt Monday thru Friday. Orders placed Friday after 12pm Eastern will ship Monday or Tuesday. FedEx Ground & USPS is our standard method of shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please be aware this link may take some time to become active in FedEx's system.

You will normally receive your order within 5-8 business days, though there are certain times of the year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays. Please review the website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Dionis is not responsible for any FedEx shipping delays.

Once you have submitted an order, we will begin to process your order in our system. You may call our Customer Service department at 800.566.7627 or e-mail us at to request a change or cancellation.

Please note that orders with shipping labels processed and ready to depart cannot be cancelled or changed.

After you have added all items to your shopping cart, you may enter a promotional code during checkout. The promotional code box is located on the "Shipping" page of checkout and the code should be typed in the "Discount code" section. You must press "Apply" in order to apply to code to your order.

Only one coupon code or promotion can be used per transaction.

Shipping & Returns

All orders over $50 automatically receive free shipping. Orders below $50 are charged a flat rate of $9.99 per order. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

All subscription orders receive free shipping, on the subscription part of the order only. Free shipping will also be automatically applied to future fulfilments of that subscription.

We are sorry, but products purchased on can only be billed and shipped to destinations within the United States.

We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

General Subscription Questions

We offer 30- and 90- day subscriptions on most of our products, excluding gift sets and bundles. In addition, our Goat Milk Beauty Box is a subscription box that features over $75 worth of Dionis products for just $50 every season. Boxes ship seasonally, in March, June, September, and December.

No. One of the perks of subscribing to our products is free shipping! Valid on both product subscriptions and our Goat Milk Beauty Box, your order will ship free each time its sent to you. Please note: If you are combining subscription products with non-subscription products, you will still be responsible for the shipping cost for the non-subscription products if the total does not meet the standard free shipping minimum.

If you have already created an account on our new website, you can access your subscription by logging in. Click on “Manage Subscription” to view all active and inactive subscriptions associated with the email address you used to log in. If you don’t yet have an account, please create one using the email address used to place your order. Once your account has been created, you can log in.

Yes. Please log in at and access your subscription by clicking “Manage Subscription”. To skip an order or to choose a new delivery date (available only on 30- and 90-day product subscriptions), click on the “Mange Upcoming Orders” dropdown, selecting the “Skip shipment” option for the delivery dates you wish to skip. If you would like to cancel your subscription instead, click on the “Cancel subscription” dropdown, and then click the red “Cancel Subscription” button. You may choose to re-activate your account at a later time.

If your credit card has expired or you simply wish to update your card on file, you can do so within the “My Subscriptions” part of your account. Click on the “Payment information” dropdown and then the “Change
payment information” button. You will then be sent an email to walk you through the steps of changing your credit card on file. Please check your spam/junk folders if you cannot locate the email.

You can change your shipping address from within the “My Subscriptions” section of your account. Within the “Address and shipping information” dropdown, click “Edit” and enter your updated address. Then click “Save Changes”.

No. Discounts, sales, and special offers are not valid on subscriptions. Additionally, promo codes cannot be applied to any subscription order.

Goat Milk Beauty Box Subscription

Our Beauty Box features a curated selection of products, featuring best-sellers, seasonal favorites, and products that are newly launched. Each box features over $75 worth of Dionis products.

Boxes will ship from Warrington, PA within the last week of March, June, September, and December.

Your initial subscription order will be charged the day you subscribe. The box will ship seasonally (March, June, September, December)

Future boxes will be charged 14-30 days prior to the next box shipping.

Not at this time. Our Beauty Box was designed to deliver you the best of our goat milk skincare year-round. If for some reason you decide to pause or cancel your subscription, you may do so on our website or by contacting our Customer Service Team.

You certainly can! Please be sure to enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout. Keep in mind that all future management of the subscription will be under the email address of the customer who originally placed the order.

Rewards Program

To earn points, you must join our herd and enroll in Dionis Goat Milk Skincare's Rewards Program. Our Herd members receive 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases online.

Please note gift certificates are not eligible for points.

Rewards begin to accumulate once signed up. Past purchases do not apply.

Log into your rewards program by clicking the pink icon on the right side of your screen to view your current rewards.

You can redeem points by logging into your account on and clicking the "Rewards" pink icon on the bottom left of your screen. Select "Redeem points". Discount will be applied to your cart at checkout.

Points will expire if you do not make any purchases or redeem points for one year (365 days).

Points on refunded items are removed from your account.

If you used a rewards discount on an order that has been refunded, the rewards balance will show a negative balance.

Rewards cannot be returned for cash or points.
