This Privacy Notice describes the information collection, use, and sharing practices of Creative Consumer Products, Inc., dba Dionis Goat Milk Skincare (“Dionis”, “we”, “us”, “our”) when you interact with us through this website and any mobile sites, applications, and other interactive features that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Website”).

When we refer to “you” or “your” in this Privacy Policy we mean any individual who interacts or uses our Website. By using the Website, you represent that you understand and agree to this Privacy Policy, and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to our practices, you can choose not to use the Website.

 PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We collect personal information from a variety of sources in a variety of ways depend on how you interact with us and the Website, including the following categories: 

·                 Identifiers such as your name, email address, telephone number, physical address, shipping address and date of birth.

·                 Account Information such as user name, password, order amount, details about the products you have purchased, payments you have made, and/or other details of products you have purchased from us in the past.

·                 Financial Information such as credit card number, debit card number, and billing zip code.

·                 Internet and Other Electronic Network Activity such as internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Website.

·                 Usage Data includes information about how you use our Website, such as statistics regarding the opening and clicking on emails sent by Dionis, and activity on the Website, referring/exit pages, and clickstream data.

·                 Marketing and Communications Information such as marketing campaign data, click-throughs, your preferences and consent in receiving marketing e-mails, phone, text, and email communications

HOW WE COLLECT AND USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Dionis may collect personal information from you in various ways, including, but not limited to:

·        Create an account. When you create an online account, we collect your identifiers (name, physical address, email address, and telephone number). We have you create a username, which we store as your account information. We also store your past orders, reoccurring orders, and any additional preferences you have. We use this information to provide you with our products, to manage your account, to send you promotional product emails, to ask if you review our products, to send you discounts, and to communicate with you regarding your order or account.

·        Purchase a product. If you have an account with us, you can sign in and all of your information will be populated. If you choose to purchase a product, as a guest, we collect your identifiers (name, email address, shipping address, and telephone number), and your financial information (credit card number, debit card number, and billing zip code). We use this information to facilitate your purchase, provide you with our product, and to communicate with you regarding your order.

·        Subscribe to our mailing list. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your identifiers (name and email address). We use this information to send you emails related to the products you like, promotions we are having, new products we are launching, and general advertisements about our products.

·        Enroll in our rewards program.  When you enroll in our rewards program we collect your identifiers (date of birth) and track your account information so that we can manage our rewards program, including providing extra points for purchases made on your birthday.

·        Interact with us on social media. When you interact with our fan page on social networking websites, such as Facebook or Instagram (collectively “Meta”), we collect basic engagement metrics and use it to tailor content and marketing and use it to improve user experience as set forth in this section. Please note that we do not control the use or storage of the information that you have posted to any social networking websites. This information is collected and processed by the social networking websites for their own purposes, including marketing. ·        Find us in a store. If you use the Store Locator function on our Website, you will provide us with your identifiers (state and zip code). We use this information to provide you with the closest store that sells our product to the location you provide.

·        Subscribe to our SMS list. By joining our SMS list, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Dionis about its goods and services at the phone number provided, including texts using automated technology. You understand that your consent is not required to purchase goods or services. You may withdraw consent by replying STOP to any text message you receive from Dionis. Message and data rates may apply.

We may also use your personal information for the following purposes:

·                 Assist you with setting up and managing your customer account with us.

·                 Resolve disputes.

·                 Troubleshoot problems and support.

·                 Enforce our General Terms of Use and the terms of this Policy.

·                 Customize, measure and improve our services and content.

·                 Inform you about our products, services, updates and promotional offers.

·                 To customize the advertising and content you see.

·                 Provide you with recommendations for products and services that we believe would be of interest to you.

·                 Contact you with promotional text messages.

·                 To protect our interests, including establishing, exercising and defending legal rights and claims.

·                 As necessary to comply with legal requirements, to prevent fraud, to co-operate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities, and to stop other prohibited, illegal, or harmful activities.

·                 For purposes disclosed at the time you provide/we request your Personal Information or as otherwise set forth in this Policy.

 PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

 Interact with the services. In addition to the personal information, you provide directly to us, we also collect information from you automatically as you interact with our Website via “cookies,” pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies. This includes the following internet or other electronic network activity information.

Automated technologies or interactions. As is true of most websites, we receive and store certain types of personal information whenever you interact with us online. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. When you access and/or use our Website from your mobile devices, we receive data from that mobile device. This may include your device ID, location data, IP address and device type. You may manage how your mobile device and mobile browser share location information with us, as well as how your mobile browser handles cookies and related technologies by adjusting your mobile device privacy and security settings. Please refer to instructions provided by your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device to learn how to adjust your settings.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies. We use essential, performance, marketing, and analytics cookies to collect your usage, device, and location information (determined through your IP address) when you interact with the Website. We use this information to: (i) track you within the Website; (ii) enhance user experience; (iii) conduct analytics to improve the Website; (iv) prevent fraudulent use of the Website; (v) diagnosis and repair Website errors, and, in cases of abuse, track and mitigate the abuse; and (vi) market to you more effectively across different web pages and social media platforms based on your browsing habits and purchase history.  In addition, we use pixel tags in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by the recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Particular third-party cookies to note on our Website include Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

·        Google Analytics Advertising. We use Google Analytics Advertising Features. Google Analytics Advertising employs cookies that are stored to your computer in order to facilitate an analysis of your use of the Website. The information generated by these cookies, such as time, place and frequency of your visits to our Website, including your IP address, allows us to offer better user experiences, perform analytics, analyze traffic, personalize content and offer ads that match your interest. To opt out of Google Analytics Advertising Features, please visit Google support page  or, alternatively, you may access the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser Add-on, currently located here.  You can also opt out of advertising cookies using the Google Ad Settings. 

·        Meta Pixel. We use Meta Pixel to serve you ads on your social media based on your browsing behavior. Meta Pixel sets a cookie on your device that allows your behavior to be tracked after you have been redirected to the Website by clicking on a Facebook or Instagram ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and to provide targeted advertising. We do not have access to the information collected through the Meta Pixel. The information collected via Meta Pixel is stored and processed by Meta. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for its own promotional purposes in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Policy.

 HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

 General Sharing

Dionis shares personal information in the following instances:

·        Affiliated Companies. We may disclose personal information to our parent company, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, licensees, affiliates, or business partners and other companies owned by, controlled by or under common control with Dionis, who may use the personal information for the purposes described above.

·        In the event of a corporate reorganization. In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, we would share your personal information with third-parties, including the buyer or target (and their agents and advisors) for the purpose of facilitating and completing the transaction. We will also share your personal information with third parties if we undergo bankruptcy or liquidation, in the course of such proceedings.

·        For legal purposes. We share your personal information where we are legally required to do so, such as in response to court orders, subpoenas, governmental/regulatory bodies, law enforcement or legal process, including for national security purposes. We may share your information with our legal advisors or auditors to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or as required to enforce our terms of service or other contracts or to defend against legal claims or demands. We also share this information with third parties as necessary to: detect, investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the rights, property, or personal safety of any person; to comply with the requirements of any applicable law; or to comply with our legal obligations.

·        With service providers. We share your personal information with service providers that assist us in providing the Website and provide certain business services. These service providers assist us with the following: information technology (“IT”) support; payment processing; payment support; customer relationship management; invoicing; website hosting; e-commerce platform; customer service; email delivery; text messaging; and similar services.

·        With your consent. Apart from the reasons identified above, we may request your permission to share your personal information for a specific purpose. We will notify you and obtain your consent before you provide the personal information or before the personal information you have already provided is shared for such purpose. YOUR INFORMATION CHOICES

You have the following choices with respect to your personal information:

·        Correct or View Your Information. You may log into your account to correct or view certain personal information of yours in our possession.

·        Delete your Account. You may delete your online account at any time by contacting our customer service department at 800-566-7627. Please note, we may maintain sales transaction information for business purposes.

·        Opt Out of Google Analytics. To prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics, you can download the Google Analytics opt-out browser, which can be accessed here.

·        Opt Out of Advertising Cookies. All session cookies are temporary and expire after you close your web browser. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser’s directions. To find out how to see what cookies have been set on your computer or device, and how to reject and delete the cookies, please visit: https://www.aboutcookies.org/. Please note that each web browser is different. To find information relating to your browser, visit the browser developer’s website and mobile application. You cannot decline pixel tags; however, if you turn off cookies the pixel tag will simply detect an anonymous visit. If you reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, some features of our website may not function properly.  You may opt-out of receiving targeted advertisements from other companies that perform interest-based advertising services, including some that we may work with using the advertising industry opt out options below.  We do not make any representations or warranties about such opt-out services. Such services are independent from us, and we have no control over, or responsibility for their performance.

·        Opt Out of Email Tracking.  If you prefer not to be tracked through our emails, most email services will allow you to turn off pixels by disabling external images in settings.

·        Opt Out of Marketing Emails. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided at the bottom of each email we send. This opt out will not apply to operational or informational emails related to your account such as emails providing information about your purchases or other such communications for which we have a legal obligation to inform you and/or to prevent fraud or harm to our Website, our business, and/or third parties.

·        Opt Out of SMS (Text) Messaging. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages by responding “STOP” when you receive an SMS message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request, and you may also receive text messages confirming the receipt of your opt-out request.

RIGHTS OF CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you are a California resident, under “California’s Shine the Light” law, you are entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. To request the above information please email us at info@dionisgmskincare.com, with "Request for California Privacy Information" in the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you at your email address in response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the "Shine the Light" requirements, and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response. RIGHTS OF NEVADA RESIDENTS

If you are a Nevada resident, you may request to opt-out of the current or future sale of your personal information. We do not currently sell any of your Personal Information under Nevada law, nor do we plan to do so in the future. However, you can submit a request to opt-out of future sales by email us at please email us at info@dionisgmskincare.com, with "Nevada Privacy Request" in the subject line and in the body of your message.

DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURE

Some web browsers incorporate a Do Not Track (“DNT”) feature that signals to the websites that you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. We do support DNT.  We may allow certain third-party advertising partners to place tracking technology, such as cookies and pixels on our Services. This technology allows us and/or third-parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This Website is not directed nor intended for children under the age of thirteen (13), and children should not access this Website. If you are a parent or guardian and believe Dionis has collected information from your child, please contact us as 800-566-7627.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the changes to this page, and will indicate the date the changes go into effect. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to stay informed. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acknowledgement of the modified privacy policy and agreement to abide and be bound by that privacy policy.
