Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations:

At this time, Dionis retail website orders may be billed and shipped only to U.S. locations. 

 

Shipping Rates, Contiguous U.S. States & Washington, D.C.:

Dionis' standard shipping method for retail orders to the continental U.S. is via USPS service.

To receive free standard shipping, your cart must total $50 or more before taxes and after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

Orders below $50 ship for a $9.99 flat rate.

For domestic shipments to the contiguous United States only. Terms are subject to change.

Shipping Rates, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO:

Standard shipping rates apply on all orders. Orders to these areas ship for a flat rate of $20.

Subscription Shipping:

Our 30- and 90-day auto-replenishment subscriptions offer an added savings of 5% off retail prices on each order, plus free shipping.

Please note that free shipping is valid only for the subscription portion of an order. If your non-subscription items total less than the set minimum for free shipping, you will still be responsible for shipping costs. 

The Goat Milk Beauty Subscription Box offers a savings of approximately 33% off retail prices. Each box has free shipping.

 

Shipping Timing & Tracking:

Orders will usually be shipped within 48 hours from time of receipt, except if placed Friday after 12pm Eastern through end of day Saturday. USPS is our standard method of shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please be aware this link may take some time to become active in the carrier's system. You will normally receive your order within 3-7 business days, though there are certain times of the year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays. Please review the carrier's website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Dionis is not responsible for any shipping delays.
