Love It

I fell in love with their lip balm when I was on a trip in Big Bend area in Texas. So I was so glad to find them again and be able to try more products. I love how it makes me feel and how it makes my skin feel. Keeps my skin so very soft and I am looking forward to trying more of their products.

Awesome Bundle But Worrying Customer Service

I love the products, I use them regularly. I purchased Three bundles because it made more sense to get the deal instead. I sent an emailed asking if I could change the scent to the unscented one to no avail. Three days later I sent another one and still no response. I called the office and no one answered. When I got a email back, I thought it would be a proper response. Instead it was my shipping details for the order which made it impossible to apply those changes to my order. Had I gotten a single response this issue would have never happened. I even said it in the email I sent to no avail but I’ll say it again here. I recommend adding an option for which scent you’d like to choose from in your arsenal of lotions. It would make the process a lot smoother and the customer will get what they want. I spent a lot of money on these products and I expect quality customer service as well. Besides that, I love the products and hope an issue like this one doesn’t happen in the near future.

Only suggestion would be to change the scent. If had a slight hint of scent would be a great improvement. Not crazy about current scent/(lack of scent). Product wonderful otherwise and will def buy again
