Lip balm does not extend

Unfortunately one of my three lip balm does not work at all. I wrote an email last week but nobody answered yet to me at Dionis. I love your products but I am disappointed of the lip balm.

I previously bought one lip balm and liked it so much that I bought a 3 pack to stock up. Love, love, love this balm! It moisturizes my lips perfectly and lasts a long time because of the larger size. I did not know what I was missing in a lip balm until Dionis. I will definitely buy more!
