The best hand cream ever, I have tried several different brands and I will only use this brand. I love this brand and this scent.

Very unhappy with product and all they could offer (for my money) was to gift to a friend or 10% off next purchase like it does anything? Of course they win and we lose and they can do nothing about it.
My product smells like old vanilla and it makes me sick to my stomach.
They miss out on a customer and I definitely will not recommend to anyone.
I am for small businesses but this is unacceptable.
