Peppermint Goat Milk Latte

Warm up this season with a festive twist on your favorite latte! Our Peppermint Goat Milk Latte combines creamy goat milk, rich coffee, and the refreshing taste of peppermint for a comforting, cozy drink. Add a hint of chocolate for a mocha version or keep it classic, either way, it’s a holiday must-try.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup goat milk
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso
  • 1–2 tbsp peppermint syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup or cocoa powder (optional, for a mocha twist)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Crushed candy canes or peppermint stick (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Brew your coffee or prepare 1 shot of espresso.
  2. In a small saucepan—or using a milk frother—heat the goat milk until steaming and frothy.
  3. Stir in the peppermint syrup (and chocolate syrup, if using).
  4. Pour the coffee or espresso into a mug.
  5. Top with the hot milk mixture.
  6. Finish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed candy cane or a peppermint stick for a festive garnish.

Tip: Adjust the peppermint syrup to your taste for a subtle hint or a bold peppermint kick!
