Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
4 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
3 tbsp finely chopped pecans
3 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp finely chopped celery
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; set whites aside.

In a small bowl, mash the yolks. Add 3 tbsp goat cheese, 2 tbsp pecans, mayo, celery, salt and pepper and mix well.
