Body scrub: In shower or bath, apply a generous amount onto wet skin. Massage gently in a circular motion, focusing on rough areas. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Body serum: Apply generously to skin after bathing or before bed. This serum is for body only. You can use on neck and chest area. Do not use on face or near eyes. Body lotion: Squeeze a small amount onto hands and apply to skin until well absorbed to lock in moisture throughout the day. Body lotion with retinol: Apply lotion at night. Retinol can cause skin irritation with excessive use so limit to once per day. If you've never used retinol before, patch, test & note skin's response prior to using on your entire body. For daytime, follow with a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or greater to applied areas. This lotion is for body only. Do not use on face or near eyes. Can be used on neck and chest area.
