- 8 ounces of fresh goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon allspice berries
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 to 3-inch strips of orange zest
- 2 fresh bay leaves
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 baguette, sliced ½ thick on a diagonal
- Flaky sea salt
Ingredients:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Slice your bread and place evenly on a baking sheet, toast for about 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Use the flat side of a chef’s knife to crush your garlic and allspice berries. Zest an orange.
