Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients

3 eggs

2 ½ - 3 cups sugar

1 cup oil

2 cups mashed cooked pumpkin

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1 ½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

3 cups flour

2 cups (1 bag) chocolate chips

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix your wet ingredients together (eggs, sugar, oil, pumpkin, and vanilla).
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients except chocolate chips and combine well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into greased loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. Insert a pick in the center of the loaf, if pick comes out clean your loaf is ready!
  8. Enjoy!
