Strawberry & Goat Cheese Pastry Puffs
Perfect for summer entertaining, brunch spreads, or a simple afternoon indulgence, these pastries come together with just a handful of ingredients and look as good as they taste.

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- ¼ cup strawberry jam or preserves
- Optional: fresh thyme leaves or basil for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Lightly flour countertop or flat surface and unroll puff pastry on top.
- Cut puff pastry into 2x2 inch squares and place into the cups of a miniature muffin pan.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of goat cheese in the center and top with 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam.
- Bake for 14-18 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly for 1 minute then remove from pan.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or basil if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
